Welcome to your guide for creating a classroom self-care plan for both you and your students. Providing students with an opportunity to create their own plan allows them to process difficult emotions independently. This workbook serves as a resource to empower students on becoming intentional about their self-care. While teaching this skill, you too will have an opportunity to participate and appropriately share as well. By creating your own plan, you are modeling for students, promoting engagement, and more likely to follow through with the plans in place.
